About Nancy Davis
Nancy Murphree Davis works in a variety of media including ink and printmaking, but is best known for her watercolor painting. She spent several years painting the beauty of the Florida Keys and its underwater inhabitants. Other favorite subjects include birds, dogs, lighthouses, and home portraits.
Nancy traveled the country with her military husband and her work depicts the different natural wonders she has photographed over time. Her works are in the permanent collection of Arlington County, Virginia and in numerous private collections throughout the United States and overseas.
Nancy has a home studio in the Seville Historic District of Pensacola, Florida and shows her work at Quayside Art Gallery, a few blocks away.
